Today Matt Corby premiered his new song ‘Resolution’ on Triple J! He wrote while living in Los Angeles earlier this year. Its a great song but how could you expect less from Corby? The song is available on iTunes for Australia only (BOOO!!! lol ) Hopefully it be available to the rest of us soon until then check out the video/audio Matt released on him YouTube page.

I have a date with Sam Bradley!

Yes you read it right! I have a date with singer/songwriter Sam Bradley. And I don’t care who knows, I just know its be long and WAY overdue!!

Sadly my date won’t happen until May 20th! ….oh yeah I forgot to mention….it’s via itunes. Hell, I don’t care! I’m just happy its finally gonna happen…. I will finally have new Sam Bradley music!!

Sam Bradley EP Release Party! Will you be there?

Not a live show but NEW music. This will satisfy me for a little while but I will need Mr. Bradley in the US (very soon) singing his heart out while I sip on beer (I know I’m overly demanding). Lately Sam has been in touring the UK….but his fans in the US….this particular fan in Los Angeles (aka ME) miss him dearly.

The countdown has started…….10 more days…

It’s hard to believe its been 2 years since Sam released his last ep Zuni, so to say I’m anxious for new music is an understatement.

Now, I must get some beauty rest for my date with Sam!

Ta-Ta!

Tic Tic Boom! – For Feeling

I’ve been so out of it lately that nearly missed the new Tic Tic Boom! video for ‘For Feeling’. I like the trying to escape a nightmare aspect. And I really like this song, I would always listen and irritate my co-workers cause it was so catchy. Plus when you want to take a quick walk around Downtown LA during your lunch hour – this is a great tune to have on your iPod.

Enjoy!

Its rare for a video make me bawl like a baby but Imagine Dragons has done just that. I know they’re far from Indie but I love this band….maybe….almost….well close to more than chocolate. That’s alotta love! The song Demons has been one of my favorites since it was on the Continued Silence EP.

When I was going through struggles it was the song that I connected with. The video for Demons is far better than I could have imagined and the end when we look into Dan’s ‘Demon’ moment it was him remembering a a fan by the name of Tyler Robinson. It was heartbreaking yet beautiful.

This is why Imagine Dragons is so fucking awesome! They truly and utterly love their fans! I wish more bands whether they’re starting out or as big as the Rolling Stones……don’t forget your fans!
